The SAVVY YounGrrr Company is a drama group for those aged 8 - 11 years.
Based in Croydon, this weekly youth group explores a diverse range of theatre crafts and a variety of different drama skills (including script work, mask, improvisation, movement, puppetry and many many more), with ample opportunities to perform in our amazing new venue at Fairfield Halls.
SAVVY has a long history of creating unusual and exceptional youth theatre productions. During the first lockdown members developed skills in film-making, developing a short film that was premiered on the big screen at the Ashcroft Theatre, and their production of Sweet Porridge (involving animation, movemement and Commedia del Arte, launched SAVVY Theatre's immersive Grimmly Season at Fairfield Halls in December 2021.
The YounGrrr Company meets Mondays during term time from 4.30 - 6pm at our SAVVY Studio, Fairfield Halls in Croydon.
